Key Responsibilities

• Act as technical owner of one or more functions, ensuring they work according to requirements and adapting requirements when needed.
• Manage requirements: update and maintain technical and functional requirements.
• Manage change requests: create and track them.
• Manage testing: design and execute test specifications, supported by a testing team.
• Manage defects: find and track them until the fix is released in an official software version.
• Produce periodic reports on planned changes, project milestones, open topics, change ticket statuses, and defect statistics.
• Document meeting minutes, telephone conferences, and agreements as protocols.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• At least 2 years of professional experience in systems development, including Linux/Android engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle, including systems engineering, integration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of automotive infotainment systems, including hardware and software components.
• Experience with automotive standards and protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet, UDS).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Fluent English (mandatory, as it is the official project language).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in leadership or managerial roles.
• Experience with Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Experience with software development and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools, primarily Jira and Confluence.
