About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, app graphics, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and refine brand visuals.
- Design logos and icons.
- Select and apply typography.
- Produce graphics that clearly communicate EleFant’s value to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Prepare files for production.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar).
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Experience in Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for digital and print media.
- Ability to translate marketing and product requirements into effective visual concepts.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
