About the Role
Ambitio is building an AI platform for higher education. Join our dynamic team as a Junior Admission Expert and help us guide aspiring students to their next adventure!
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, answering basic queries about the study abroad process and Ambitio’s services.
- University Research: Assist the team in researching university programs, entry requirements, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities tailored to student profiles.
- Documentation Assistance: Help students create initial drafts of their Resumes, Statements of Purpose (SOPs), and other application documents under the guidance of senior editors.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student progress and application statuses in our internal tracking systems.
- Coordination: Coordinate between students and senior mentors to schedule counseling sessions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in training sessions to learn about global education trends, visa processes, and admission criteria for top universities.
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field). Background in Literature, Psychology, Communications, or Education is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Comfortable writing professional emails and speaking with students.
- Research Skills: Ability to navigate university websites and extract relevant information (deadlines, fees, requirements).
- Attitude: Eager to learn, empathetic towards students' career goals, and highly organized.

- 0–1 years. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Days: 6 (Mon-Sat)
- Timings: 11AM-8PM
- Location: HSR, Bengaluru
