- Preparing the owner’s monthly financial packages
- Creatively implementing new techniques
- Leading projects to improve the firm’s financial reporting and accounting processes
- Investigating errors or problems
- Identifying solutions
- Grounding solutions in thoughtful analytics
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong leadership skills
- Comfortable working closely with various levels of senior management
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in corporate finance or a relevant field
- Strong technical finance & accounting knowledge
- Project management experience
- Detail oriented
- Adaptive to handle ongoing changes in business needs
