Product Intern
GenAIx
About the Role
GenAIx is building the human adoption layer for the AI era. We believe enterprise AI adoption is not simply a technology or training problem; it is a behavioral and organizational change challenge.
Impact Areas
You’ll own discrete product workstreams and ship visible improvements to the GenAIx platform.
- Onboarding & activation: Redesign first-run flow; reduce time-to-value for new users.
- Feature discovery: Improve nav, in-app guidance, and “aha” moments.
- Feedback loops: Instrument analytics, set up simple dashboards, and run rapid A/B tests.
- AI UX: Refine prompts, outputs, and error states for AI-generated learning paths and org insights.
- Growth experiments: Landing page tweaks, referral flows, and conversion funnel fixes.
- Roadmap hygiene: Turn user feedback into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Educational Outcomes
This is structured as a training program first; your work is primarily for your benefit and skill growth.
- End-to-end PM craft: discovery → prioritization → spec → launch → iterate.
- AI product patterns: prompt UX, evaluation, and guardrails in a live product.
- Data-informed decision making: event tracking, cohort analysis, and experiment design.
- Stakeholder comms: working with engineering/design/founder on scope and trade-offs.
- Portfolio artifacts: PRDs, wireflows, dashboards, and a public case study.
