About the Role
The Leisure Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves advising clients on leisure travel options, designing customized itineraries, and coordinating services such as flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on leisure travel options.
- Design customized travel itineraries.
- Coordinate services such as flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals.
- Handle client inquiries.
- Provide destination information.
- Prepare quotations.
- Manage bookings and changes.
- Maintain accurate reservation records.
- Work with travel suppliers.
- Resolve service issues.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end travel experience.
- Promote company offerings.
- Support sustainable travel choices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel skills, including itinerary planning and destination knowledge.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and handle inquiries and issues professionally.
- Car Rental and Travel Management skills to coordinate ground transport and oversee complete trip logistics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking tools or travel reservation systems.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
