About the Role
The AI Automation Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, development, and optimization of automation workflows using AI tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with mapping processes.
- Configuring automation scripts.
- Running and documenting test cases.
- Helping troubleshoot issues in existing workflows.
- Collaborating with team members to perform quality assurance checks.
- Analyzing performance data.
- Refining automation solutions based on feedback.
- Researching emerging AI automation technologies.
- Preparing clear documentation.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work with Process Automation and Automation tools to design and refine efficient workflows.
- Skills in Troubleshooting issues in automation pipelines and identifying root causes for technical problems.
- Experience or familiarity with creating and executing Test Cases to validate automation logic and performance.
- Understanding of Quality Assurance practices.
- Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
