About the Role
CentricaSoft is seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our team, excelling at transforming complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and possessing a deep understanding of enterprise-level metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced, high-performing Tableau dashboards and visual analytics.
- Build analytics around Customer360, Supplier360, or similar holistic business performance indicators.
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, blend, and analyze large-scale data from multiple relational databases.
- Gather requirements directly from business users, guide them on visualization best practices, and turn their needs into scalable, actionable reporting solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical data teams and executive business stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, plain-language business insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Tableau mastery.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise metrics and 360-degree data models.
- Very strong SQL proficiency.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to partner with business users.
- Hands-on experience with other enterprise visualization tools like Power BI or QuickSight is highly preferable.
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate.
