Role Description

This is a freelance, project-based collaboration with flexible working arrangements, offering remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Editing videos for brand campaigns, commercials, reels, product videos, and other formats.
• Creating engaging narratives through pacing, sequencing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Applying basic color correction, color grading, transitions, text, and motion graphics as required.
• Organizing project files and maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Incorporating feedback and meeting mutually agreed project deadlines.
• Collaborating with the production team to understand creative briefs and bring ideas to life.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to advanced video editing skills, depending on experience level.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• An understanding of pacing, framing, storytelling, music, and sound design.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve with every project.

Qualifications

• Experienced editors: Freelancers capable of independently handling projects and delivering quality work.
• Aspiring editors and learners: Individuals with a basic understanding of video editing eager to improve through practical projects and guidance.
• Self-taught creatives: A formal degree or professional experience is not mandatory; creativity, willingness to learn, and commitment are valued.
• Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects is an advantage but not mandatory for beginners.
