Junior HR Executive

About the Role

The Junior HR Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The individual will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and exit formalities, and coordinating basic recruitment activities. The role includes helping implement HR policies, handling routine employee queries, and supporting employee relations initiatives such as surveys and engagement activities. The Junior HR Executive will also assist in preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and collaborating with other teams to support HR-related communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for basic HR planning, documentation, and process support.
• Skills in HR Operations for handling day-to-day HR activities, employee data management, and HR documentation.
• Skills in Employee Relations to support employee engagement, address routine queries, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HR Policies to assist in policy communication, compliance, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with HR software and MS Office is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
