Job Details
- Process: Telecom BPO
- CTC: 25,000 - 26,000 per month
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Offs: 2 days a week
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Cab Facility: Not Available
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues within the Telecom Process.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Resolve customer problems efficiently.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Candidates with relevant international BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
