About the Role

We are looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Fashion Designer & Product Development Executive to play a key role in launching and shaping a new women’s fashion brand. This is an exciting opportunity to turn ideas into market-ready collections, define the brand’s design identity, and work closely with the manufacturing team from concept to final product.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original designs, collections, mood boards, and sketches for women’s wear.
• Select fabrics, colours, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories.
• Manage sampling, pattern development, fittings, and design corrections.
• Handle fabric sourcing, costing, merchandising, and production coordination.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to maintain quality and meet delivery timelines.
• Research fashion trends and develop commercially viable products aligned with the brand’s vision.
• Contribute to building the brand’s product range, aesthetic, and market positioning.
