About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Bengaluru for Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. The role involves planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand awareness and generate leads for Brickfolio’s real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating posts and reels.
- Writing captions.
- Scheduling content.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Monitoring analytics.
- Responding to audience interactions.
- Adjusting content strategies based on performance insights and market trends.
- Staying updated on real estate industry developments and social media best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in social media content creation, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic graphic design.
- Skills in social media management, including content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Skills in digital marketing fundamentals, such as understanding target audiences, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Skills in research and trend analysis to create timely, relevant, and real estate-focused content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in social media or real estate marketing is an advantage.
