User Experience Designer
Kleosly
About the Role
Kleosly is an early-stage B2B SaaS product building an AI-powered LinkedIn content system. We are looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who enjoys turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
What You’ll Work On
You will work directly on the Kleosly product and help us improve areas such as:
- User onboarding for founders, companies, agencies, and individual executives
- Multi-client and multi-account management
- Content creation and editing workflows
- AI-generated content experiences
- Research and insight-capture flows
- Content calendars and scheduling
- Brand voice and Voice DNA experiences
- Dashboard and information architecture
- Empty states, loading states, feedback states, and micro-interactions
- Overall visual consistency of the platform
This role requires you to understand user behavior, identify friction, and suggest better product flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Study the existing Kleosly product and identify UX problems
- Map and improve important user journeys and flows
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Simplify complex product features without removing functionality
- Improve the existing design system and UI consistency
- Design responsive product screens in Figma
- Work closely with the founders and development team
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on designs
- Think through edge cases, states, interactions, and user behavior
- Occasionally conduct or analyze user feedback to validate design decisions
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
- Comfortable using Figma
- Ability to think in terms of user journeys rather than isolated screens
- Good visual design and layout sense
- Understanding of hierarchy, spacing, typography, components, and interaction design
- Ability to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage startup
- Takes ownership instead of waiting for highly detailed instructions
- Willingness to iterate when something does not work
Note: Years of professional experience are not required. Strong personal projects, college projects, redesigns, or case studies are welcome.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of design systems
- Experience with B2B dashboards
- Basic understanding of product management
- Experience conducting usability tests or user interviews
- Familiarity with LinkedIn/content creation tools
- Interest in AI products and emerging product experiences
