Production Worker
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production line by competently shifting parts and materials.
- Work with colleagues to ensure optimal production line efficiency.
- Remove parts from material storage system.
- Sort parts.
- Assist Machine Operators in loading and unloading machine parts.
- Occasionally operate drill press.
- Understand, support, and implement company Housekeeping, Safety, and Quality policies and procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer skills.
Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to pass measurement and fraction/decimal conversion tests.
- Able to responsibly handle confidential information.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
- Work Environment: Involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions (e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals). May require protective clothing/gear (e.g., masks, goggles, gloves, shields).
