Job Overview
This role involves analyzing healthcare metrics and transforming data into meaningful reports that support business and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare operational, financial, and performance data.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and reporting metrics.
- Identify data inconsistencies and support data-quality improvements.
- Collaborate with healthcare operations, finance, and analytics teams.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Health Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of healthcare metrics and reporting processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy requirements is an advantage.
