About the Role

This co-op position is for a full-time summer and fall term, focusing on the Large Tractor & Crop Production Innovation group. The role involves working with engineers on the construction, testing, and evaluation of innovation concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing prototype machines for field testing:
• Installing prototype components
• Making parts
• Equipment maintenance
• Changing equipment configurations
• Working with the project team on experimental designs to test and validate concepts.
• Operating prototype test machines in the field, executing field test plans, and validating concepts.
• Reviewing field test results and contributing to concept development discussions with project teams.
• Supporting agronomy trials with the Agronomy team, including operating test machines, data collection, and data analysis.
• Traveling as needed to other CNH facilities and remote test sites to support test preparation and execution.
• Participating and providing input in meetings where Innovation provides updates to product platforms and other internal teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree.
• Willingness to work full time during the summer and fall co-op period.
• Ability to travel as needed.
