About the Role
This role involves performing various tasks related to production support, primarily focused on tanks.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean surface areas on tanks with cleaning solvents.
- Apply decals to tanks according to engineering specifications.
- Use touch-up paint on tanks as needed.
- Install signs, reflectors, fenders, mud flaps and other associated parts on tanks according to engineering specifications.
- Enter tanks to perform cleaning processes.
- Hydro-test tanks according to company policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned duties in accordance with safety policies and practices.
- Wear approved personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses with side shields, respirators, hearing protection, etc.
- Performs additional work as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in the use of drills, hand tools, and tape measure.
- Experience with cleaning solvents.
- Familiarity with engineering specifications for part installation and decal application.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures for hydro-testing.
- Adherence to safety policies and practices in the workplace.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
