As a Sales Associate, you will stay current with fashions and trends, inspiring customers to create their own personal style. You will provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Achieve individual sales and account goals
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Ring POS transactions and key account information
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

Note: This is a Minnesota-based position with an expected base wage of $15.00/hr with overtime eligibility. Wages will be determined based on individual qualifications.
