About the Role
Full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate technical drawings and detailed layouts using computer-aided design software, based on project specifications and engineering inputs.
- Create, update, and revise 2D and 3D drawings.
- Ensure adherence to CAD standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to clarify design requirements.
- Organize drawing files.
- Maintain documentation.
- Support the preparation of construction, fabrication, or installation drawings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Experience preparing precise technical drawings and layouts.
- Knowledge of CAD Standards and best practices.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and general Drawing principles.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and tools, or willingness to learn BIM processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams on-site in Pune.
- Relevant experience as an Auto CAD draughtsperson or similar role in industrial, commercial, or construction projects is preferred.
