Full Stack Developer

About the Role

The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Gonda in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, learning, and design teams to build and enhance web-based platforms that power NATTLABS’ talent development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing front-end user interfaces.
• Developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs.
• Integrating data and third-party tools to ensure smooth, reliable application performance.
• Writing clean, testable code.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Optimizing applications for scalability, security, and usability.
• Contributing to technical discussions.
• Helping refine requirements.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Front-End Development skills: proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Back-End Web Development skills: working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
• Full-Stack Development capabilities: integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, high-performing applications.
• Software Development skills: including version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in building scalable, secure web applications.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) and cloud or DevOps tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
