About the Role
Counsel Union is seeking a proactive Education Counselor for a Full-Time, Work from Office position in Noida, Sector 2. This role involves guiding students and working professionals through the enrollment process for practical psychology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective learners via phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Google Meet.
- Understand academic backgrounds, course preferences, and learning requirements.
- Explain program details, course structure, eligibility, fees, and certification.
- Address queries and help candidates understand available learning options.
- Follow up with interested candidates and guide them toward enrollment.
- Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain enquiry records and admission updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate registrations and follow up on incomplete enrolments and pending payments.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain course information in simple language.
- Good candidate-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work towards admission and revenue targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in education counseling, student admissions, or inside sales is preferred.
