About the Role
As a Banquet Captain, you will lead the team in executing seamless events, from setup to breakdown, ensuring every detail meets client expectations. You will coordinate service staff, manage timelines, and serve as the main point of contact during functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead memorable events and functions, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Supervise banquet staff.
- Coordinate event logistics.
- Liaise with clients.
- Report to the Banquet Manager.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications
- No educational minimum is required.
- Previous experience in this exact position (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar or related position (required).
- A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.
- Hotel experience is always a plus.
