AGM Operations (Door-to-Door Garbage Collection & Transportation)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end door-to-door garbage collection and transportation operations across all assigned zones and circles.
- Ensure 100% collection coverage, timely waste transportation, and achievement of daily tonnage targets.
- Manage fleet deployment, vehicle utilization, GPS tracking, maintenance, and fuel efficiency.
- Supervise manpower, Operations Managers, Circle In-charges, Supervisors, Drivers, and Helpers.
- Coordinate with Municipal Authorities, clients, RWAs, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor daily MIS, vehicle trips, tonnage, complaints, and operational KPIs.
- Control operational costs, minimize vehicle downtime, and ensure compliance with contractual and environmental requirements.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and project profitability.
