About the Role

Full-Time | Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Visit gynaecologists, maternity hospitals and clinics to establish professional relationships and generate leads.
• Interact with expecting parents visiting hospitals for routine check-ups (OPD counselling).
• Create awareness about stem cell banking and its preservation options.
• Encourage interested expecting parents to attend a free presentation conducted by ReeLabs experts.
• Generate qualified leads through hospital visits, doctor referrals and community outreach activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff and prospective clients for counselling sessions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain records of leads generated.
• Participate in hospital awareness programmes, NGO outreach activities and promotional events.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and counselling targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers may apply; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
• Experience in NGOs, healthcare outreach, hospital counselling or community awareness programmes is an added advantage.
• Candidates with exposure to the stem cell banking industry will be preferred.
• Willingness to work on weekends as required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Presentable personality with fluency in English, Hindi and/or the local language.
