Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites.
• Ensure websites align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Design web pages and graphics.
• Support front-end layout and styling.
• Ensure responsive behavior across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with senior designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine designs.
• Implement feedback.
• Maintain consistency across digital assets.
• Optimize visual content for performance and accessibility.
• Learn and apply best practices in modern web design.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design.
• Ability to create clean, user-centric layouts.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for web.
• Basic image editing and asset creation.
• Basic Front-End Development skills: HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility principles.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn from feedback.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
