Site Engineer

About the Role

RM Constructions is seeking a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations for waterproofing and heatproofing projects. This role is ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to grow in the construction chemicals field.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and applicators to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure timely delivery, proper storage, and correct usage of construction materials, especially chemicals used for waterproofing and heatproofing.
• Accurately take and record site measurements before and after work for documentation and billing purposes.
• Monitor application quality of waterproofing and heatproofing systems as per company standards.
• Capture site progress photos, maintain daily site logs, and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Ensure workers follow basic site safety practices and PPE usage.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech Civil Engineer or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 0 to 1 year of experience (freshers welcome with a learning attitude).
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and site work preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR.
• Must have a smartphone for basic site documentation.

Job Location

Multiple sites across Delhi NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad).
