About the Role
Franklin Fitch is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business through research and business development.
- Actively sourcing new candidates through headhunt calls and LinkedIn.
- Interviewing and mentoring candidates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client and candidate base.
- Consistently working to hit and exceed individual targets.
- Making placements and collecting commission.

- Experience working in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, project management).
- Demonstrated excellence in something (sports, music, work, academics, etc.).
