About The Role
As a Kitchen Operations Associate, you are responsible for preparing meals to standard, maintaining kitchen and warehouse organization, and supporting order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Meal Preparation & Quality
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards.
- Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff.
- Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines.
- Warehouse & Kitchen Organization
- Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
- Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces.
- Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO).
- Facility Support
- Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site.
- Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success.
- Uphold a “One Team” mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations, or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $16.25 USD
- Market competitive pay.
- 10pm–6am shifts will receive a $2 increase in pay.
- Opportunity for pay increases twice a year based upon performance.
