Transaction Banking Specialist – Affluent
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned FX revenue budgets.
- Enhance wallet share of existing customers, activate customers, and acquire new customers.
- Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring new-to-trade clients.
- Digitally activate current account base by offering CMS solutions & Trade online for Trade Transactions.
- Act as the focal point to address customer queries related to Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking.
- Arrange and conduct training on Trade, Forex, and CMS products & Transaction Banking.
- Conduct various new-to-bank (NTB) events/webinars for origination of TFX & CMS Business.
