Plan Data Analyst

About the Role

This role is within the Supply Chain Planning Job Function, specifically in Planning Strategy & Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process SAP and OMP Plan data tickets accurately and timely to support the J&J Vision Supply Chain Planning organization.
• Execute data uploads into SAP via Winshuttle and into OMP Planning System using standard templates for material master, bill of materials, routings, etc.
• Validate data templates for accuracy using established work instructions. Follow up with the Requestor if information is invalid or insufficient.
• Familiarize with the master data solution design for SAP and OMP.
• Address day-to-day data-related issues and identify opportunities to improve current state processes and build new future state processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data-related processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Quickly gain knowledge of current departmental processes and end-to-end information to understand and assess data's impact on business and systems.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), protocols, and data quality catalogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SAP master data management (preferred).
• Experience with OMP (preferred).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Supply chain experience, preferably in master data, operations, or a multi-functional business environment.
• Basic business and/or technical knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives.
• Ability to contribute on a diverse, multicultural, and partially remote team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives within timelines in a rapidly changing matrix environment.
• Data management experience in the context of large ERP platforms (preferred related industry experience).
