About the Role
Chipotle is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. Many employees start expecting a paycheck and end up with a rewarding career, with over 80% of managers promoted from Crew. We prepare real food by hand, with no freezers, microwaves, or can openers. We provide training for all stations: grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required.
- Experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is welcome but not necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
- Eligible for digital tips
