Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
- Deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- AI clinical documentation support

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $110,000+ (inclusive of productivity incentives)
- Additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
- Student loan repayment support: up to $25K, paid directly to loan servicer (program details and offerings vary by location and role).
