About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) will support end-to-end hiring activities for various roles within FSSSI Global Pvt. Ltd. on a full-time basis. This hybrid position is based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job portals and social networks.
• Screening resumes.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining candidate databases.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Assisting in employer branding activities.
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Supporting recruitment reporting and documentation.
• Adherence to company policies and non-discriminatory hiring practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring.
• Skills in Employer Branding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Pune City.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in documentation.
