About the Role
- Full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Investment Expert (Mutual Funds Sales).
- Engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial goals.
- Explaining mutual fund products and recommending suitable investment options through digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing leads.
- Conducting online and in-person consultations.
- Supporting clients through the onboarding and transaction process.
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to support campaigns.
- Optimizing sales funnels.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Tracking market trends.
- Preparing basic reports.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of digital sales processes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- NISM Certification (Must Have)
- English, Kannada, Hindi (not mandatory)
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills to interpret investment data, understand risk profiles, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills to explain mutual fund concepts clearly, handle client queries, and build trust across various channels.
- Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to leverage online platforms, campaigns, and tools for efficient mutual fund sales.
- Project Management skills to organize client pipelines, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Relevant experience in mutual funds sales, wealth management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of SEBI regulations, mutual fund products, and personal finance concepts is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry certifications in investments or mutual funds are a plus.
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore
Time: 6 Days WFO (9:30-6:30)
Salary: Upto 5-5.2 LPA (Fixed) + Incentives
