About the Role
This is an internship position for Public Relations Intern at Lakshya Venture.
- Duration: 93 days + 6 days training
- Location: Work from home
- Working Days: 6 days a week from Tuesday - Sunday
- Working hours: 3 flexible working hours
- Stipend: UNPAID
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions
- Gather and document customer feedback to improve service quality
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in Hindi is a prerequisite
