About the Role

Rapid Loan Consultants is a financial services organization seeking a full-time, remote Business Associate. This role supports loan consulting and business operations by analyzing financial information, reviewing client documentation, and evaluating loan options. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels and partner with internal teams to streamline workflows, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven recommendations.
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Business to understand lending concepts, risk considerations, and operational processes.
• Effective Communication skills to convey complex information clearly and build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems).

Beneficial Qualifications:
