Accounting Analyst

Location: Austin, TX 78758

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Process, code, and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
• Support payment processing, collections, and month-end close.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with financial reporting and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or 1–2 years' experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.
• Strong Excel skills and an understanding of reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Eager to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibility.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• NetSuite experience is desirable but not essential.
