Role Description

The Technician will work on-site in Surat in a full-time capacity, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, tools, or systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, tools, or systems.
• Identifying faults and replacing or repairing defective parts.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Documenting all work completed in a clear and accurate manner.
• Following safety procedures.
• Using appropriate tools and protective equipment.
• Coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Interacting with customers in a professional manner and explaining work performed when needed.
• Ensuring service quality meets company standards.
• Assisting in inventory management for spare parts.
• Supporting installation projects.
• Participating in ongoing training to build technical skills.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities relevant to technician work.
• Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capacity to follow technical instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills to work with supervisors, team members, and customers on-site.
• Ability to maintain clear records of work performed, including reports, checklists, and service logs.
• Willingness to work full time on-site in Surat.
• Flexibility for varied tasks and schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education or technical diploma/certificate in a relevant field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a technician, maintenance, or field-service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
