About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Support Intern with a basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and technical troubleshooting. This role is suitable for 2025 and 2026 graduates who are interested in solving technical problems, working with data, and troubleshooting application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot basic technical and application-related issues.
- Use SQL queries to check and analyze data.
- Identify data-related issues and help find their root cause.
- Check API requests and responses to identify issues.
- Use browser tools like Network and Console for basic debugging.
- Work with Developers and QA teams to resolve issues.
- Document technical issues and their solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Only 2025 and 2026 graduates can apply.
- Degree in BCA, B.Tech, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good understanding of basic SQL and JOINs.
- Basic knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Basic understanding of APIs and HTTP requests/responses.
- Basic knowledge of common error codes.
- Good logical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
- Are comfortable with basic SQL and can write simple queries.
- Understand technical/application issues.
- Have basic knowledge of APIs and error codes.
- Can think logically and troubleshoot problems.
- Are willing to learn and work with technical teams.
