About the Role
Organized and Tidy by Awilda, LLC is a professional cleaning and organizing service dedicated to creating clean, orderly, and welcoming spaces for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks in residential homes and commercial spaces.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Maintaining common areas.
- Window cleaning.
- Carpet care.
- Trash removal.
- Resetting rooms to client specifications.
- Follow company checklists and safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning products and equipment properly.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Reliability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in Rincon, GA and surrounding areas.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential settings, including Home Cleaning and House Cleaning skills.
- Ability to perform Commercial Cleaning tasks in offices and other business environments.
- Proficiency in Window Cleaning and related detailing work.
- Basic Carpet care skills, including vacuuming and spot cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
