Technical Support Specialist

About the Role

Cube Hub Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to support day-to-day mechanical processing and production operations. This is a temporary, entry-level position involving cutting, polishing, epoxy bonding, and shaping materials using manufacturing equipment and hand tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical processing equipment, power tools, saws, and polishing machines.
• Perform cutting, sectioning, grinding, polishing, and epoxy bonding of materials.
• Prepare materials and equipment for production and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and sample-tracking documentation.
• Support production and R&D activities, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Follow all applicable safety requirements, PPE guidelines, and material-handling procedures.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical processing techniques.
• Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality.

Contract Duration and Growth Opportunity:

This is a temporary position with an anticipated duration of 6–12 months and the potential to convert to a full-time employee within approximately one year. Conversion will depend on individual performance, reliability, safety and quality standards, and business needs.
