About the Role

A full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in the Pune Division. This role will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Zorivo’s residential and commercial property offerings across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing social media platforms.
• Creating and optimizing web content for the company’s portal and other digital assets.
• Monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools.
• Coordinating with sales and listing teams to align marketing activities with property inventory and promotions.
• Supporting lead generation, nurturing, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Contributing to marketing strategies.
• Preparing performance reports.
• Recommending improvements to enhance digital reach and engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media marketing skills (managing profiles, creating content, optimizing engagement).
• Web content writing skills (creating concise, compelling, and SEO-aware content).
• Web analytics skills (using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track, interpret, and report campaign performance).

Qualifications

• Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning and lead generation.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing.
• Excellent communication skills (clear written and verbal communication, ability to collaborate).
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
