About the Role

The Headhunter Intern role at Codevern is a full-time, remote internship focused on supporting the talent acquisition and hiring process. This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment and headhunting within a dynamic, tech-driven business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research potential candidates
• Source profiles from online platforms
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for various roles
• Screen candidate resumes
• Coordinate initial outreach and communication
• Update applicant tracking systems or internal databases
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine search criteria, and support interview scheduling

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in candidate sourcing
• Skills in online research
• Experience with professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Skills in communication, including clear written messages, professional email etiquette, and confident verbal interaction
• Skills in organization and time management, including maintaining databases, tracking multiple roles, and prioritizing tasks
• Skills in basic recruitment processes, such as resume screening, candidate profiling, and understanding job descriptions
• Skills in analytical thinking and attention to detail to evaluate candidate fit and identify key qualification patterns
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR, or business consulting
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting and collaborating virtually with a global or distributed team
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
