About the Role
The AI Engineer Intern role is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and tuning machine learning models.
- Experiment with neural networks.
- Implement pattern recognition techniques.
- Develop AI features for software applications.
- Contribute to Natural Language Processing (NLP) components.
- Participate in data preprocessing and model evaluation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to document findings, improve workflows, and integrate AI prototypes into existing systems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI (e.g., Python).
- Experience with relevant libraries or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software development principles.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts such as Pattern Recognition.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and interest in applying NLP techniques to real-world applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate within distributed teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies.
