About the Role
SH Holz & Modulbau GmbH is a manufacturer of modular space and a general contractor for modular space systems. We build buildings and rooms using ecological and energy-efficient timber construction methods, according to customer requirements. Our expert team combines this construction method with solid prefabricated parts made of concrete and brick, depending on the building physics requirements. Our environmentally friendly and almost weather-independent construction site logistics offer significant advantages over conventional construction site operations. This allows for the rapid realization of freestanding buildings, building extensions, and additions, even during ongoing operations. We are looking for apprentices to become carpenters (m/f/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of various carpentry and joinery work during the production of our projects in timber frame and timber module construction.
- Manufacturing of timber modules according to drawings and in close coordination with other trades and internal planning departments.
- Preparation, erection, and installation of timber frame constructions.
- Installation of windows, doors, stairs, and exterior cladding/facades.
- Assembly of projects in timber frame or timber module construction style, as applicable.
