Junior Campaign Coordinator and Management Trainee

About the Role

Phoenix Consulting is seeking a driven and organized Project Coordinator & Management Trainee to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing business initiatives
• Participate in project planning meetings and team strategy sessions
• Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership
• Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Support client-facing projects and relationship management efforts
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documentation
• Develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills through hands-on training

Qualifications
