About the Role
Manglam Techno Air Equipments is seeking a full-time, on-site Purchase and Store Executive in Noida. This role is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and storage of materials for gas and air system projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, and equipment.
- Ensure timely availability and cost efficiency of procured items.
- Coordinate with vendors.
- Obtain quotations.
- Negotiate terms.
- Process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate purchase records.
- Oversee store operations, including receiving materials.
- Verify quality and quantity of received materials.
- Organize inventory.
- Update stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage and issue of materials to production and project teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in inventory or ERP software.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exposure to retail or sales operations.
- Ability to manage purchasing, pricing, and vendor relationships.
- Background in commerce or related fields.
- Understanding of basic accounting, purchase processes, and inventory management.
- Experience in storekeeping, material management, or purchase functions in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting.
