About the Role

Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to deliver high-impact offline and online training programs to MSME business owners across various cities. The primary objective is to enhance their business capabilities in key areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Management, Finance, Tech, etc. This role requires confidence, excellence in engaging diverse audiences, and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and tailored training sessions and workshops across key business areas in different cities.
• Address participant questions and ensure clarity on training topics.
• Customize training delivery to meet diverse participant needs.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to stay updated on program offerings and ensure alignment in training delivery.
• Share insights from training sessions to enhance program development and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Adaptability to different learning styles and participant needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
• Inclination to learn, grow, and refine training techniques.
• Good business acumen.
• Proficiency in Hindi or Telegu or Tamil and English.

Awareness of the typical challenges faced by MSME business owners is a plus.
