About the Role
Innoknowvex is an EdTech platform focused on future-ready skills, practical learning, industry exposure, and career outcomes. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch Innoknowvex products/services to prospective customers.
- Handle follow-ups, customer queries, and objections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain CRM and lead-tracking records.
- Research new market and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and deal closure.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in making calls and interacting with customers.
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream.
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or EdTech.
- Available for a full-time internship.
- Willing to work from office.
Location: Bengaluru – Work From Office
Compensation: Internship: ₹15,000/month
Post Internship: ₹3.6 LPA + ₹2.4 LPA Variable
Additional Benefit: Internship/Confirmation Certificate upon successful completion. Full-time opportunity based on internship performance and target achievement. Hands-on exposure to Sales, Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
